Registration forms for the 1998-1999 sports program are now available. If your child
will play any sports the next school year, you must return this registration form with the
payment to the school office by Friday, May 22, 1998. This will be the only registration
for the 1998-1999 school year. If your form and payment are not received by the due date,
your child may not be eligible to play sports next year.
